yellow onion
finely diced

black beans
sub ~3 cups cooked from dry w/ 6oz cooking water
3
cloves
garlic

Habanero pepper
finely diced
Instructions
Add habanero, onion & garlic to medium sauce pan
Brown on medium-low heat, approx 5-7 minutes
Add black beans with liquid, stir well and bring to a boil
Reduce to a simmer and cook uncovered for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and mash
Finish with salt and pepper to taste
