- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Add wet ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Spread evenly into baking pan; sprinkle with additional chocolate chips
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick or knife comes out of the center clean (2)

- I've tested the recipe with a 1/4 less sugar and it still comes out great (so 1/2 cup total).
- I typically bake for 25 minutes and they come out perfect.
