Method
- Add cut potatoes to a boiling pot of water and cook for four minutes; be sure not to overcook to maintain proper texture
- Place in mixing bowl with a splash of cooking water (~1-2tsp) and toss to coat in cooking water
- Add flour and spices and toss until evenly coated
- Cook on air fryer setting at 390 degrees F for 20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes until crispy brown (2)
- Serve by themselves or with ketchup (or sriracha ketchup which is my favorite) or your favorite condiment
- Enjoy!

Notes
- You can make oat flour yourself by blending rolled oats in your blender.
- Leave the air fryer running while you quickly toss the fries in the basket, rather than pausing the timer. Pausing the time will overcook them.
