Easy Raw Homemade Applesauce

This easy applesauce is a great option for whipping up quickly when you want something sweet as a snack or dessert for yourself or your kids! Applesauce is typically cooked, but this raw option is just as tasty and so easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Fuji apples ~3 cups, rough chopped
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar sub agave or maple syrup

Equipment

  • high-speed blender

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until a smooth applesauce as formed. Add more water as needed to get apples to blend, but use as little as possible so the applesauce doesn't come out too watery.
  2. Serve immediately or store in the fridge to snack on later. Stays good for up to 5 days.
  3. Enjoy!
