A quick lunch or dinner option when you don't have time or don't feel like cooking. You just need to boil pasta and throw some spices on it before enjoying!

- 1-2 cups dry pasta of choice I typically use spaghetti or linguine
- 1/8 tsp chili flakes or to taste
- 1/8 tsp chili powder or to taste
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast or to taste
- 1/4-1/2 tsp onion powder or to taste
- 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Italian spice mix or to taste
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley or to taste
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper or to taste
- 1/8 tsp salt or to taste
Cook pasta per package directions, then drain off liquid, leaving behind ~2 tbsp of the cooking water.
Add all spices and stir well to combine and serve immediately.
