Easy Raw Homemade Applesauce

This easy applesauce is a great option for whipping up quickly when you want something sweet as a snack or dessert for yourself or your kids! Applesauce is typically cooked, but this raw option is just as tasty and so easy to make!

Equipment

  • high-speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Fuji apples ~3 cups, rough chopped
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar sub agave or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and blend on high until a smooth applesauce as formed. Add more water as needed to get apples to blend, but use as little as possible so the applesauce doesn't come out too watery.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge to snack on later. Stays good for up to 5 days.
  • Enjoy!
