I probably say this too often, but I’m so excited to share this recipe with you.
The photos alone get my mouth watering, but the fact that I am a wholehearted sucker for anything with chocolate makes the enticing addiction to these brownies that much worse (or better, depending on whether you view how easy they are to make a good thing or bad thing).
This recipe is:
- Fudgy
- Chocolatey
- Rich
- Melty
- Mouthwatering
- Oil & Gluten-Free
- Ridiculously Good
They also take just a half hour to make, most of which is time spend baking in the oven, and come out with the perfect texture.
If beans aren’t a common ingredient in your circle for sweet recipes, this one will change your perspective. They are actually what’s responsible for giving these brownies that rich, fudgy texture in place of butter or fat. I also make them with oat flour so they are gluten-free friendly, but they can easily be made with regular flour and come out just as good.
If you try out this recipe, please share it with me by commenting here or on my YouTube channel, or even tagging me in a photo on Instagram @plantsnotplastic. Of all the recipes I’ve shared so far, I do hope this is one you try – it’s one of the best desserts I’ve made to date! Enjoy.
