Day four of the lazy snack and meals saga is another entrée (and one I enjoy for dinner in the upcoming vlog). This one does require you to boil pasta, but luckily that’s one of the easier, more hands-off tasks in the kitchen.
Rather than making and adding a sauce, for this recipe I have you reserve some of the cooking water and use it to coat your noodles in a mix of delicious spices. As with the SPICEY RICEY dish, you can fold in some greens but I tend to make a salad on the side for dinner every evening to get in my greens and leave this one as simple as possible (check out my Vegan Honey Mustard Dressing & Mixed Greens Salad for a great daily option).
This recipe is:
- Simple
- Filling
- Flavorful
- Delicious
It’s pasta, it’s all the best spices. We love it. It’s a happy place.
